  • We can offer a size exchange depending on stock availability or a return for store credit.
  • Any return request must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order. 
  • Please email all the relevant details to "kickitnewzealand@gmail.com" including your order number and reason for return.
  • Kick it NZ has the right to refuse or refund any customer under special circumstances.

  2. The sneaker box must still be in brand new condition. 
  3. The return shipping fee must be covered by the customer.
