Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Return Information
- We can offer a size exchange depending on stock availability or a return for store credit.
- Any return request must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- Please email all the relevant details to "kickitnewzealand@gmail.com" including your order number and reason for return.
- Kick it NZ has the right to refuse or refund any customer under special circumstances.
- The item must be in brand new / unworn condition.
- The sneaker box must still be in brand new condition.
- The return shipping fee must be covered by the customer.
Returns/Exchanges for faulty products are considered and will be dealt with, either an exchange (based on stock availability) or a refund will be provided upon receiving the returned goods.
